Tender filet mignon coated in a fragrant herb crust, seared to perfection, and finished with a rich red wine reduction. Served with silky potato purée for a classic pairing.

Herb-Crusted Filet Mignon

A rich and savory take on the classic, featuring roasted portobello mushrooms, caramelized mirepoix, and melted Gruyère, all wrapped in golden, flaky puff pastry. Finished with a velvety sauce and available as a fully vegan option upon request.

We proudly source all our steaks from Flannery Beef, with the option to upgrade to 45 day dry-aged for an additional $25 per person
